1. Free Trial
StockCheck offers a free trial period for new users to evaluate our services. During the trial period, you can use the full features of the platform without any charge. No payment information is required to start your free trial.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- You will retain access to your data and can export it before your subscription ends
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the service
- Service outages: Pro-rated refund for extended service interruptions (more than 24 hours)
- Billing errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month usage after the 7-day satisfaction period
- Custom development or integration services
- Training and onboarding services already delivered

6. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:

7. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis after the initial 7-day period. The refund amount will be based on the remaining unused months of your subscription.
